This is about the life of Miss Mo, a 30-something gal who recently moved back to Singapore from the US.

 

Attack of the Quays!

Last Sat, I went out with Engineer K on a date. We met at a group bbq at Sentosa. That is another story to be told. We went to a Indonesian restaurant at Centrepoint. It's the first time I've gone on a date at a restaurant in a mall. I guess it's partly because Engineer K thinks that only Orchard Road has restaurants and he had a 1-for-1 voucher at that restaurant!!!

The date went well and Engineer K commented that most dating in the city takes place around the Orchard Road area. I disagreed and commented that there are other places for dating like Boat Quay and Clark Quay. However, Engineer K rebutted and said that it's better not to frequent such places since there are more ang-mohs there. The risk of terrorist attacks happening at such ang-moh places are higher and it's better to avoid them.
