Hot in the City

This is about the life of Miss Mo, a 30-something gal who recently moved back to Singapore from the US.

 

It's really not that bad

I went to JB last Saturday. Prior to the trip, everyone was telling me that I should be careful because of all the recent robberies and mishaps that have happened to their friends and relatives whilst they were there. I was kind of apprehensive but I thought it could be exciting.

Going to JB was kind of a breeze. I took the MRT to Kranji and took the yellow Malaysian bus. I paid $1's fare and it took me all the way to the bus terminal at JB. I had to get up and down the bus when going through the customs but it was really easy. The buses are pretty frequent too.

I didn't have much time to shop around. I only visited my friend at the Landmark IT Mall and bought a few DVDs. I'd definitely go back to JB again and check out the huge mall by the customs, City Square.
