Happy Year of the Rat!



I love celebrating Chinese Lunar New Year! This year is extra special because it's Year of the Rat, my year! Yeah, I'm only 24. LOL!

The other day, Big and I went down to Chinatown to soak in the CNY atmosphere. I really enjoyed walking through the streets of Chinatown, looking at the display of new year goodies and decorations. It's all so ching-chong. After being away for so long and not able to celebrate it, I always appreciate the chance to celebrate it here. Happy Year of the Rat!

My good friend, Musa will be embarking on her journey to the West, land of the Terminator, ie California, particulary, the Silicon Valley. Cooking Diva and I gave a treat at Crystal Jade Vivocity as a farewell lunch. She sure will miss some decent Chinese meal. I'll miss playing tennis with her. Enjoy the US!
