Ember - A Year Later
It has been a year since I last went to Ember restaurant at Hotel 1929. I have always liked the food and service there so I thought it was time that I should pay the restaurant a second visit. This time I went with Jean.
The experience was equally good this time. The food was excellent.
We both shared some scallops for the appetizer. Jean had the seabass for the main.
I had the oxtail for the main. It was simply delicious! I loved it. For the desserts, we had the apple tart with vanilla ice-cream (yummy!) and the chocolate cake with lavender ice-cream. The lavender flavor was a bit too strong for us.
But overall, we had a great dining experience. I'll definitely be back.
